What does this mean?

Spacious newly refurbished double bedroom in a 2 bedroom 3rd floor flat. The room features wooden floors, freshly repainted and mid century modern decor.

The flat features fun and colourful design with lots of plants, art and quirky vintage pieces. As well as two resident cats, Klaus and Satine.

You would have full use of the spacious open plan kitchen/living room.

There is a communal garden space for the flat block should you wish to use it but the flat is a short walking distance from Tooting common, a great spot for a coffee and stroll or going for a run.

The flat has great transport links to central London, get to Oxford Circus in 30mins. Great bus routes just outside the flat that will take you to central London or Streatham Hill station is just a 5min walk away.

The flat is just off of Streatham highstreet, so an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep

Guest Parking

Free weekend street parking available but is limited to 1 hour stay Mon-Fri till 7pm.

The Area and Transport

Streatham is a vibrant up and coming area of South London. Filled with lots of coffee shops and some delicious independent restaurants. It famously is known for having the longest high street in Europe, with all possible amenities a short walking distance away, including your pick of 6 supermarkets and various gyms.

If you enjoy a stroll or run, you have Streatham Rookery and common, as well as Tooting common a short walking distance away.

Streatham also has great transport links, with 3 overground stations of its own connecting itself to the rest of London, as well as great bus route links.

It is a 12min bus ride from Brixton centre and station (or a great 25ish min walk on a sunny day), which has an underground station that will get you to central London in 11mins on the Victoria line.

It’s also a short bus ride from Crystal Palace, a great spot for quirky shops and stroll through Crystal Palace park to see the famous Victorian sphinxes and dinosaurs

I stayed in Kristina’s lovely flat for three months whilst working in London. It’s a really nice space and has everything you could need. Great location - only a two minute walk from Streatham Hill Station and frequent buses to get to Brixton. The bedroom is super comfy, decorated very nicely and spacious, and the property comes with two very friendly cats. A great place to stay if you find yourself working in London.
