The space

This unique space is a well equipped, stylish apartment for short term stays at a competitive and affordable price.

The apartment is a carefully designed pad that has great features to offer a comfortable stay.
The apartment has 'A' rated appliances and energy efficient LED lighting fitted throughout. 50MB WiFi is provided and supported by 5 x live RJ45 outlets for a wired broadband connection in key areas.

49" smart TV in the living room and also a 37" smart TV in the bedroom. Both have Freeview & Freeview Play.
USB sockets are available around the space for mobile and other device charging.

The apartment has a bath and shower in the bathroom room with an electric shower. A separate WC is provided with shaving socket and hand wash basin.

The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Extractor, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. Adequate crockery, cutlery and utensils etc. are provided.

The living room has a two seater leather sofa, coffee table and media unit. A dining table and four chairs also feature with a south facing great view of the gardens.

A desk work surface within the open plan bedroom area is ideal for catch up time on a laptop within the view of the main TV.

The apartment is provided with a free private car park located immediately to the front of the apartment.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property. FREE PARKING on a private car park, immediately outside the rear of the apartment is included with each booking.
