Self-Contained, Living with Host

What does this mean?

Our lovely 3 storey victorian terraced family home provides you with a completely independent living space for your time in Newcastle. A private bedroom, kitchen, shower room and spacious sitting room (with a great view) are all yours to enjoy whilst you are with us. The kitchen has everything you might need for self catering. If we've missed anything just ask. The bedroom has a blackout blind and ample storage. We are a pleasant 30 minute walk to the main theatres in Newcastle. West Jesmond Metro station is 60 metres from our front door and leaves for the city centre approximately every 5 minutes. The journey on the Metro is about 7 minutes and runs from very early until after midnight. This makes our place ridiculously handy for getting convenient for anyone working in any of the city's theatres.

On street parking is available.

The Area and Transport

Sainsburys local is 50m away, library, gym, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and takeaways are at the other end of our street. We are a pleasant 30 minute walk to the main theatres in Newcastle. West Jesmond Metro station is 60 metres from our front door and leaves for the city centre approximately every 5 minutes. The journey on the Metro is about 7 minutes and runs from very early until after midnight. The Metro also takes you directly to our beautiful seaside in about 25 minutes.

Our family home provides you with a completely independent living space for your time in Newcastle. A private bedroom, kitchen, shower room and spacious sitting room (with a great view) are all yours to enjoy whilst you are with us. you would be sharing the front door, hallway and stairs with your hosts. We only have one paying guest at a time.

Excluded Facilities

The rooms on the ground floor and first floor are not, generally, for the use of guests but special requests could be considered.

Lots of Love Whithorn this home, you’ll be able to tell once you walk in, very homely.

2 stops away from Monument city centre, well within place of comfortably of beating able to get to city centre metro line runs every 3 mins

Christopher was very friendly and clearly communicated when there was an issue that needed sorting with the house (not with the room listing). The room was so light and warm throughout the day. The wifi was strong enough and the shower water pressure was decent. The travel in to town for the Theatre Royal was so simple and quick and the weekly pass (£14.40 at time of writing) is the way to go to save money on your commute. Thank you Christopher. I would definitely stay again
