What does this mean?

Beautiful converted church house with very high ceilings with a training space in a shared kitchen/living room space. The room is a small double room with space for bags, right next door to a shared bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. 4-minute walk from a stunning bluebell wood. Smoking outdoors. There is off-road parking on the drive. Brand new smart washer and dryer: laundry can be done very quickly. Large sofa and smart TV. Very large kitchen and fridge with lots of appliances. We are both artists ourselves working in the circus industry. I also have a bicycle that can be borrowed. There is a desk space available in a different room. There are spare beds if guests wish to bring friends/family; we have a spare small double futon mattress and a large double floor mattress, all in separate rooms. The floor mattresses are in the mezzanine space. The house is very green with lots of plants and light.
