Living with Host

I live in a two bedroom city centre flat. The guest bedroom is furnished with a three quarter sized bed and built in wardrobe. It is comfortable for one person and a squeeze for two.

Access to WiFi is included and firestick TV is available in the living room. The living/dining area is a good size while kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are quite small.

It is on the sixth floor of a tower block, there are stairs and a reliable lift.

There is a large fridge freezer, washer, kettle, and electric cooker in the kitchen which you will have full access to. I do not own a dishwasher, tumbledryer or a microwave.

There is a bath and overhead shower.

There are large windows with nice views of the city.

The property is in the city centre. I love the convenience but expect some noise from traffic and people leaving pubs.

I do smoke cigarettes in the flat, if the smell or health implications don't work for you I would suggest alternative accommodation.

Guest Parking

All parking nearby is prohibitively expensive, I couldn't recommend staying here if you plan on driving.

The Area and Transport

Most local theatres are 5-15 minutes on foot. I am very close to Newcastle Theatre Royal and many guests appreciate that proximity.
Ouseburn, Gosforth and Heaton are accessible by bus and metro which are just outside the block of flats. There are various independent theatres and arts venues in these areas.
I am happy to advise on where to go, places to eat and drink if you are wanting to explore the area while you're here.
