What does this mean?

Small comfortable Georgian city centre house with lovely garden very close to the Arts Theatre (about a 10 min walk).
Small quiet bedroom - bed larger than a single but smaller than a double. Guests have access to downstairs study. Small modern luxury shower room, shared with host.
Large and fully equipped kitchen.
Close to open green spaces and the river.
VERY STEEP AND NARROW STAIRCASE
GUESTS NEED TO TRAVEL LIGHT (large suitcases will not fit up the stairs and no room to keep a large suitcase in the small room)

Guest Parking

NO PARKING
You will not require a car once you are here. If guests bring a car they use a parking app to park the car and leave it there until they leave Cambridge. Take any bus from car to the city centre.

The Area and Transport

House in city centre. 10 mins walk to the Arts Theatre. 20 min walk to Cambridge train station. Quiet and safe location. 7 min walk to large green spaces and the river if you like running.

Mary is a lovely host and the place is so near to the Arts theatre and it is everything you want when touring.
Peaceful quiet room with comfy bed. Would highly reccomend.

Mary was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. We had some wonderful chats, and she made me feel very welcome during my time. Would definitely come again and try her home grown mint tea!
