What does this mean?

A friendly, creative home, perfect for those seeking a welcoming "home away from home." It features a cute, peaceful room overlooking the garden. You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, and the garden, You are also welcome to use the cabin at the bottom of the garden for rehearsing if required.

Located in a very safe area, we have a large park right on the doorstep we are moments from the river. If you’re feeling energetic, you can get to the city centre via a scenic 45–60 minute walk along the riverbanks and through Bute Park.

I have a sensitive but lovely spaniel in residence so, being a dog-lover is a must!

Guest Parking

There is free on-street parking outside he house and on all of the surrounding streets.

The Area and Transport

The house is in a residential area, with plenty of local amenities including bakeries, petrol station, a supermarket, restaurant, coffee shops and a pub all within a few minutes walk. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to Llandaff and, in the other direction, to Whitchurch which both have plenty more bars, shops and eateries. There are good public transport links with buses and direct trains to Cardiff Bay and the City Centre. The train station is approx 10 minute walk away). I also have a bicycle that you would be welcome to use.
