What does this mean?

Light and airy but compact room available.

5 minutes from shops and restaurants and regular buses into Brighton, 5 minutes from beach and sea front, 20 minutes from Hove Station.

Small bedroom with double bed, storage and hanging space. Shower room. Patio garden. All mod cons inc wi-fi. Rest of house and garden shared with female owner .

Relaxed but cared for environment. Make yourself at home when not working.

Kitchen is well equipped and you are welcome to cook what you like as long as washing up is put in dishwasher!

Guests welcome, as long as they don't stay overnight unless by prior arrangement etc.

Parking is residents only or short term parking meters. Parking is expensive . Best to travel by public transport if possible.

The Area and Transport

Flat is located just off the seafront, 20/25 minute walk into city centre. At the top of the road regular buses. 20 minute walk from Hove station or bus no 6 from Brighton station

Comfortable digs and a friendly host. Good 30 minute walk into Theatre Royal and very good bus routes from the end of the road. Would definitely stay again.

Jacquie is a wonderful host. Friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet, and I was able to sleep incredibly well in the bed. The flat is really beautiful, and the secret garden a gem. It is very close to public transport to the city centre. And the sea is just a stone’s throw from the front door. All in all, I hope to stay there again.
