Discreetly nestled is our detached home set on the quiet edge of Ferry Meadows Nature Reserve, is surrounded by greenery and open space. The location offers a truly peaceful retreat, with walking trails and natural scenery right on the doorstep. Perfect for relaxing before a busy day at the theatre!

The house enjoys a calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout, and a sense of privacy and stillness -although, Moriarty, the family dog can add a little entertainment.

The accommodation includes a private ground-floor room with a fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. A shower room is located adjacent to the room. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area.

An ideal setting for those seeking a quiet, restful stay in a beautiful natural environment.

Great facilities and extremely tidy. Short drive from the theatre. Easy communication.

Lovely place to stay. Lovely host. Prob need a car to get to the theatre for very early starts and get outs, but there is a lovely walking route to the theatre, that I did enjoy.
