Single room, ground floor, at back of comfortable house in quiet safe neighbourhood. Sunny outlook and garden view, good blind. Garden access and use of kitchen and living area. Walking distance to theatre.

Guest Parking

Residents parking in area. Permits are available through me - 10 pence per hour 10:00-18:00.

The Area and Transport

20 mins walk from city centre and theatre with excellent bus links. Local station Oldfield Park is a 5 min walk and one stop from main station.
Adjacent neighbourhood shopping street with takeaways and supermarkets.
