Single room in vibrant southside Glasgow (Strathbungo)

My flat is in the heart of the southside and sits on the main travel routes in and out of the city. Queen’s Park sits adjacent to the flat and is great for getting out and about into some green space.

You will be sharing with me (James). I enjoy hosting my space and have hosted on other platforms before. I’m easy going and respectful, and understanding of when you need some space or want to socialise a bit after a day’s work. As a musician I am often out rehearsing in the evenings and so our schedules will likely align.

I have two cockatiels (small birds), Rio and Zena who mostly stay in their cage in the living room. I have loads of allergies to dogs, cats etc. and these don't affect me.

You will have sole use of a single room in my flat. It has a single bed, a desk and an acoustic upright piano.
You will have your own bathroom (shower and bath) which is just outside the bedroom door and you’ll have full access to the kitchen.

The flat is extremely close to some great restaurants, bars and coffee shops!

There are excellent transport links into the town centre by bus and train.
Queens Park train station is around the corner and it is a 6 minute journey into Glasgow Central Station. A bus from across the road will take you directly outside the stage door at the King’s Theatre in around 20 minutes (no. 3 bus). Other buses will take you into the city centre close to all other central theatres.
