Single room with blackout blinds in a modern townhouse with your own bathroom (not en suite). Full use of kitchen and dining area. Located in Jewelry Quarter and 10 minutes walking distance from city centre.
Please note that there is a requirement for a £30 bank transfer when we hand over the keys. This is to ensure appropriate return of the keys at self check-out.

Other rules
1. Strictly no outside shoes in the house. We will provide indoor slippers for the ground floor and the second and third floors are carpeted.
2. There is someone at home all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On these days, check-in is at 3pm. On other days, there may or may not be someone at home during the day so check-in time will vary. We(the hosts) will make a best possible arrangement with you.
3. Our boiler heats the water from 3-4:30am, 3-4pm and 8-9:30pm. Please try to shower between these time slots to prevent significant depletion of hot water.
4. You are welcome to use any of our kitchen appliances but please clean them and put them away once used. Please turn off the hob switch once done with cooking.
5. Due to hygiene purposes we do not allow use of the washing machine.
6. Please keep the toilet clean and tidy and ensure you clean after any mess!
7. Please keep the room tidy. No hot food allowed upstairs.
