The room available is small, with a small double bed and chest of drawers to unpack into, comfortable for one person.
There's a kitchen diner downstairs, feel free to use cooking facilities. The bathroom, which is downstairs next to kitchen is shared with the owner, there's a shower over bath with instant hot water.
There's a small patio area outside with flowers, a haven in the city in the summer.
The house is 15 minutes walk to the Abbey Theatre, 25/30 minutes to the Bord Gais Theatre.
There are two dogs on the property, little but loud.
