A single room, about 13’ by 7.5’. Single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. Simple breakfast. Own door/entrance into garden, smoking outdoors is fine. Back gate.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

As i am an airbnber, once I accept a theatredig guest I block my abnb calendar. For me to do this, and for you to secure my room I ask of you to pay me £30 deposit as soon as you book, and the rest of the amount one week before you are due. ( I have had too many theatre people cancelling at the last minute, hence my new requirement!) Thank you for your understanding.

Parking in square, in Zone 10. 3 mins walk from gym and cinema and restaurants. 8 mins walk from the Everyman Theatre. 10 mins from Pittville Park and the Pump Room.
Cereal and fruit, coffee and tea and toast included. I’m happy for you to use microwave.
