I had a great time staying with Jools, he was very welcoming and friendly. The room is simple but perfectly comfy, and having exclusive use of the bathroom was a bonus. Very close to the theatre, which was great.
Generally a very quiet flat, but it does look onto the railway so the trains could be heard as they occasionally passed. Didn't bother me at all, but if you are a very light sleeper, that might be something to be aware of!
