A quiet spacious country house with parking and public transport. A separate ensuite double room is available as well as a room with two singles. Kitchen and washroom facilities are also available. Occupants are music lovers, including the two cats.

Cats: We have two female cats Pestle [the white demon] and Mortar [the black void]. They might be a little shy, but you can try pet them. They are only allowed in the kitchen. For your own comfort, please close the door to your bedroom just in case they escape and decide to investigate your room.
Do not film or photograph with intended commercial use or profit, without documented permission from us.
Electric car charging and washing machine are available between 12am-8am, just let us know in advance! Unfortunately, we do not have a tumble dryer.
While we cannot allow you to lock your bedroom door, we will not intrude while you are staying unless in emergency. And or, to collect towels or sheets.

Wet room style shower available downstairs. The double bedroom ensuite has a walk in shower. Spare bedrooms are upstairs, however. It might be possible to convert the downstairs office into a spare room if necessary for increased accessibility.

No drugs or alcohol are kept in the house. All children must be supervised. We do not have children's chairs or changing facilities but enough room for a guest to bring a cot.

Coming for the first time to Ireland, Wexford, I couldn’t have found a better place to stay! Very open, relaxed and kind host, great location and two glorious cats are a mix for a successful stay in Wexford.
