What does this mean?

We have a 20 room B&B that is colourful, warm and eclectic. We have people from around the world staying with us, and have a relaxed and family feel.

All rooms are ensuite, and breakfast is included for anyone that stays.

We have free private pakring for all guests, and are a 10 minute walk to the train station. We are 5 mins from the Congress and Devonshire Park Theatre, and 10 mins from The Royal Hippodrome. 150 m from the sea, and surrounded by lots of restaurants

All guests have use of our dining room, including a microwave and guesty fridge, plantes cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to bring your own food for lunch/dinner.

We also have 2 guest lounges with beautiful, "quirky" decor, an honesty bar and free tea and coffee.

Over the years, I have stayed in many B&Bs both as theatre digs & on holiday. but I’ve never encountered anything like this. Run by a warm and genuinely caring Canadian couple who took the place over just three years ago. And transformed it into an artistic paradise. Huge well appointed lounge and an enormous breakfast room - both with walls covered in the most delightful and relaxing murals. They and the entire staff seemed dedicated to making your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible
