A bright and well presented double bedroom in a friendly shared flat. Located in Battersea, a popular and generally well regarded residential area.
The room is fully furnished with blackout blinds and curtains. Alongside there is wardrobe,chest of drawers and a desk offering both comfort and practical storage.
The flat features a spacious and bright open-plan kitchen and living area creating a sociable and relaxed environment.
There is a shared bathroom with a separate toilet.
There is a southwest facing balcony which overlooks attractive communal gardens.
My home is calm, clean and a great place to relax, recharge and feel at ease in.
Guest Parking
Parking is available on surrounding streets via metered bays. Parking is controlled between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm with a maximum stay of 4 hours during these times.
Outside of these hours parking is unrestricted.
The Area and Transport
Located in Battersea, just a short walk (10 mins) from Clapham Junction station. Clapham Junction is one of the UK's busiest and best connected rail hubs with frequent services running across London and to key central destinations. Direct trains reach Victoria in around 6-7 minutes a major interchange for Victoria, District and Circle lines.10 minutes to Richmond and Wimbledon.
Extensive bus routes from the top of the street towards Sloane Square, Victoria and the West End.
Night buses and late transport options make it practical for post -show returns.
Battersea itself offers a lively yet residential feel with cafes, shops and green spaces nearby, as well as creative venues such as Battersea Arts Centre within walking distance.
