What does this mean?

A small bright room overlooking Saint Patrick's Park; it has a double bed, good sized desk, and storage / wardrobe available.

One shared bathroom. You're welcome to use the kitchen and cupboard space available; as long as you're happy to keep it all clean and tidy after use.

Keeping it safe and welcoming is important as it's a calm space in a very busy city centre location.

If you're interested in booking please include a little bit about yourself or what brings you to Dublin. PLEASE NOTE FOR SEPTEMBER 2026 I have some dates I'm away, so while the dates are available I might not be able to take your booking if I'm not home to check you in.

This is a small quiet flat in the centre of Dublin, walking distance to NCH, Olympia, Abbey theatre. Approx 20 mins by bus to Convention Centre or Bord Gais. Also on the Dublin Express bus route for dublin airport (Christchurch stop)

Could not recommend Karen’s place any better! The location is so central, unbeatable really; so homey and cozy. All was super clean and Karen was lovely too. Hope to come back next time I am in town.

I loved my stay with Karen, I felt welcome and at home. My room was cosy and the bed comfortable. And it was easy bus ride into the centre of town. I would stay again the next time I'm in Dublin.

Karen is a wonderful and relaxed host, and the flat is cute and tidy with a comfortable bed and room. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road and a really fantastic location. I was working at the NCH and it was a pleasant and easy walk. I will definitely stay with Karen again, thank you so much!

Karen was such a friendly and thoughtful host, and was generous with her home and suggestions of things to do. I had a lovely time in Dublin and would love to stay with Karen again if I come back!

Lovely digs!!
Karen was a wonderful host and super friendly, it’s a great room with a nice walk to all theatres with lots of amenities close by.
