Self-Contained
Hello! I’m super excited to rent out my lovely one bed flat over the summer. It’s really cosy; in a great location right next to a park (perfect in the summer!) and a short walk to the Arndale, Northern Quarter and Ancoats. There’s parking available if needed too.
The flat is my home year round, so it’s a really cared for and lived in rather than the standard rental.
You’ll have full use of everything of course - washing machine, kitchen appliances, wifi etc and all the bits you’d need.
As a performer myself and having stayed in some very questionable digs, I know how important it is to have a welcoming place to come back to. So I’d love for others to enjoy my little flat and feel right at home :)

Please be mindful of noise late at night, especially after shows. Karens do live in the building !! So please please no loud music.
Also, please try to remove shoes at the door where possible, rather than wearing in the lounge or bedroom, to help keep the flat clean and cosy.
If anything gets damaged or isn’t working properly, just let me know as soon as possible.
