Situated in a quiet residential area in the North of the City and 2.7 miles from the Theatre Royal on a direct bus route with a 15 minute journey time door to door.
The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, a lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen (including a washer/dryer) and separate bathroom.
The Lodge has views over the gardens and use of the outdoor pool (weather permitting) from May to September.
Across the road is a public park with tennis courts, with a Tesco 24 hour store 0.6 miles away (10 minute walk) and a Morrison’s supermarket 0.4 miles away.
The accommodation has free Wi-Fi and is equipped with a television and upright piano in the lounge.

Lovely little house with access to a pool!
Very well maintained but a bit far from the theatre! So a 15 min drive or 20 min bus!

Stunning Digs! A little drive from the centre and theatre, but wasn’t too bad! Very clean and kitted! Gavin is a wonderful host and responsive to any questions I had! 100% would stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at Gavin’s annexe. Beautiful big bedroom with comfy bed, lovely lounge with big tv, beautiful kitchen and great shower. Piano is a little bit ‘twangy’ but weirdly in tune so great to have it there. Gavin is so friendly and lovely to chat to.
The property is on quite a busy road but an easy drive to the theatre - maximum 15 minutes. I would certainly recommend staying at the annexe. A real find!

Had a lovely week in this homely lodge house. It’s really comfy and has everything you need, and the pool of course! 10 min drive to the city centre/TRP.
Gavin is a really friendly host.
