What does this mean?

Privacy guaranteed in this comfortable chalet in the middle of my garden. Shared access to the property from the street but separate access to chalet. In addition to what you see in the photos, the kitchen area is is furnished with a toaster, microwave, air fryer, hot plate and all crockery and cutlery, etc needed. Bedding and towels are provided, if required. Shared use of my washing machine. Use of garden. There is a freeview TV point and wifi. All bills included. £100 refundable deposit before arrival.

The Area and Transport

St Thomas is a fast growing area of the city with many fantastic cafes and very good shopping. It has a local branch line which frequently connects with Exeter St David's and Exeter Central train stations. This is 8 minutes walk away. Exeter quay is within 10 minutes wall of St Thomas. The city centre can be reached within a 20 minute walk and we are on a bus route to the city centre.

This chalet is absolutely ideal with everything you'd need in your accommodation. The walk into Exeter is really easy and you have a great selection of shops and a leisure centre on your doorstep. To top it off, Karen is everything you could want in a host - she's great! I would happily stay again!
