Self-Contained

What does this mean?

Our digs are completely self contained, with a separate entrance, your own kitchen and en suite bathroom. The flat is quiet and looks out onto a garden. It has been recently renovated and has all kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer etc and washing machine. There is a large modern shower in a large bathroom. We are within walking distance to all theatres.

Guest Parking

We are in a residential parking zone area. Visitor permits are very limited so please discuss with us if you are bringing a car. Permits are needed 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

The Area and Transport

Situated in lovely Clifton Village, a short walk away from cafes, shops and the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge. We are a maximum of twenty minutes walk away from the Hippordrome, Bristol Old Vic and Tobacco Factory theatres. There are also e-bikes and scooters nearby available to hire.

This space is shared with 2 Hosts.

The flat is completely self contained, with its own private entrance. You will have exclusive use to the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. We do use the washing machine in the kitchen, but only do so at times to suit you.

Excluded Facilities

The flat is on the lower ground floor and we live upstairs which is not for guest use.

There is no smoking in the house, but it may be possible to smoke in the garden. We have recycling facilities and a large bin for the entire house in the garden. We do not usually let to more than one person, but occasional overnight visitors can be accommodated by arrangement. No candles please

A cosy and peaceful basement flat, decorated with great taste! Big bathroom with a gorgeous shower; full kitchen also a bonus. Bryan is lovely and helpful, always quick to answer messages. The only issue with Clifton is making it up the big hill on your way home! Otherwise the area is charming, with lots of shops & cafes. Plenty of buses running to the city centre (about 10min), or you can take a pleasant 25min walk along the water to the Hippodrome. Comes highly recommended!
