What does this mean?

My 2 bedroom (second room is an office) self contained flat is a 15 minute walk to both the Bristol Hippodrome and Bristol Old Vic.

One double bedroom room is available with full use of the kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed is available to use for another person to stay. I normally tour with my work as a musician working in theatre, but there are some weeks where I may be home.

Self check in via a keysafe.

A parking space is available on request.

Had a lovely stay in Archie’s flat. Nice peaceful 15 min walk to the hippodrome, in a comfortable little room that became my home away from home for 5 weeks. One thing to note the road outside can be noisy at time, especially with the windows open, but nothing too disruptive. Definitely recommend this booking if you are looking for your own space whilst staying in Bristol!

The flat was nice and clean, very spacious aswell. It was roughly a 15-20 min walk to the Bristol Old Vic that included a lovely scenic route.
As a young woman I felt very safe in the area especially as I would often get home quite late. There is a big Asda about 10mins walk away as well as a variety of takeaway restaurants.
Archie was very polite and had great communication from the start.
I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay again when working or visiting Bristol.
