This is a cosy, first-floor flat with living room, twin bedroom (can be just a single bed if you prefer), kitchen and shower room. We are set away from the road so it is very peaceful and parking is easy. The Opera House is a 12 minute stroll down the road or a little longer if you want to walk through The Pavilion Gardens. Shops for groceries and a launderette are only 5 minutes away and if you fancy a walk in the woods they are only a few minutes away in the other direction. The flat is separate from the house as it is over the garage so although we enjoy meeting and chatting to our guests if you prefer you can be completely private.
