Our annexe is the perfect accommodation for theatre officials working at the Hall for Cornwall.

With a comfortable king size bed, separate bathroom, and mini kitchen, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located just a short distance from the theatre, you'll have easy access to all of your work responsibilities.

The annexe is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Whether you're in town for a few days or an extended period, our annexe will provide you with a comfortable and convenient place to rest and recharge.

Guests will have use of the decking area in the garden with bistro table and chairs.

Hosts will provide a welcome sheet with all necessary information needed for your stay.

Guests can come and go as they please and have their own separate entrance to the annexe for privacy. One off-street parking space will be available.

Hosts will respect guests' privacy but are also happy to offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities if requested. Guests will be provided with the code for the key safe for a contactless check in.

Overall, the goal is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests while allowing them to have their own independent experience.
