A self-contained, full equipped Tiny House in a quiet residential area with a superking bed and comfortable sofa bed, or twin beds and the sofa bed. We get great reviews and frequent repeat bookings from TheatreBookers and AirBnb guests.

The Area and Transport

The Tiny House is fully equipped with WiFi, a washing machine, dish washer, oven, hob and of course a shower and superking bed with Egyptian cotton sheets to make your stay relaxing and comfortable.
There is parking space on our drive as well as free on-street parking. The theatres are 20-25 minutes walk away - downhill on the way there … uphill on the way back! The 3 and 3A buses stop nearby.
We are in a quiet area on the edge of the South Downs National Park and 10 minutes walk from the seafront. There’s a small Tesco five minutes walk away.

A lovely little quite place space to Stay. with everything you need for a long of short stint away from home. A nice easy walk to the theatres along the seafront.

Cannot praise this place enough! Such a wonderful stay, it’s like being in your own treehouse! Its perfect! It’s about 20 mins from the congress theatre by foot or 4 mins in a car. Tesco express is a couple of mins walk away too!
Catherine made sure I had everything I needed and checked in to make sure everything was good. Will deffo book again!

Lovely place to come back to each day after the show; clean, quiet & warm. It takes about 22 minutes to walk to Congress Theatre, and 30 minutes to walk back due to it being a bit hilly. I did find some free street parking on Carlisle Rd not far from the theatre, so driving could be an option if you don't fancy the hill. Catherine is a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. Would love to come back, thank you for having me.

What a fantastic place to stay. About a half hour walk from the theatres and town centre, which only adds to its sense of calm. A really well appointed flat/little house with great facilities. The bedroom is up a steep slight of steps but super cosy and relaxed. A good selection of shops are close and the sea is a ten minute walk. Highly recommended.

These are lovely digs, that are completely self contained, with your own entrance via the side of the building. (need to use a torch in the dark, as it’s partly unlit.)
There’s a big bed up on the mezzanine, but personally I found the roof too sloping and the steps up to it too vertiginous.
However the sofa bed is extremely comfortable and the space worked very well without using the upper area.
Parking for one car on drive, only about 5mins to theatre by car. Great hosts - v. Helpful.

Catherine and Adrian were lovely hosts, very accommodating with my last minute booking and flexible. The place itself is one of the top places I stayed at. It had absolutely everything you need and more, very clean, spacious and bright. It’s very peaceful and quiet at night. Very highly recommend.

Honestly some of the best digs I’ve stayed in this whole tour. So well equipped with everything you need, not too far from the theatre and really lovely hosts.
Would absolutely recommend.

I had a lovely stay here, the flat was beautiful and clean and in a great location. It was an easy 20 minute walk to the theatre. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Catherine’s annexe, it had everything we needed and was in a beautiful part of town. Communication was excellent and Catherine was a great host. Would absolutely stay again if we’re back in the area!

I had an incredible week staying at Catherine’s gorgeous annex in Eastbourne. It is extremely cosy, comfortable and has al facilities needed. The bed was super comfortable that I didn’t want to leave!
