What does this mean?

I have a top Floor apartment in the heart of New Brighton with a great view overlooking the River Mersey.
Guests will have the full use of the apartment. Both rooms available are a good sized rooms with a double bed, Chest of drawers, bedside units, under bed storage and clothes rail.
You will have your own personal bathroom with a shared living area & kitchen. You will be provided with plenty of space to store your food and have access to the microwave, washing machine & dryer.
Wifi is available in the Apartment.

The apartment is in a great location;
- 7 mins walk to the Floral Pavilion Theatre
- 7 mins walk to Morrison's Supermarket, plus Greg's, Starbucks, subway, Nando's etc
- 7 mins walk to Promenade with Restaurants, Cafes, cinema etc
- 3 mins from Victoria Road that offers Cafes, bars, post office, convenience stores
- 5 mins walk to Train station, direct trains to Liverpool (only 23 mins on train)
- 3 mins walk to bus stop

I stayed in the Bright Double Room with a shared bathroom and had a great stay at Jenna's property. It has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and its location is ideal. The theatre is only a short walk away. Jenna was incredibly communicative and helpful despite not physically being there and was very friendly and responsive.
