Quiet, professional digs in a safe suburban area. Features a double room with blackout curtains, garden access, and full kitchen use. Bonus: Home gym available during the day! Perfect for recharging between shows. I am a 7-year Superhost who understands theatre hours.

There is a driveway with space for one additional car. There is also street parking, which gets busy in the evening.
The Area and Transport
The house is on a quiet street, with a primary school at the end. Bus routes from town and the station go by the end of the road. I live in the house and work from home but am happy to give people their space. I'm happy to help you find your way around Stevenage and give advice.

All bedrooms feature lockable doors (secure from both inside and outside). Guests have a private room and share the bathroom, kitchen, and garden with the host and other guests. The living room and home gym are available for use during the day. Please note: the living room is shared with a resident bunny, who takes priority at all times! Expect a calm, tidy home environment where shared spaces are respected.
Excluded Facilities
My desk area in the living room is partitioned off and marked "Private" only when I am on professional calls. This is to ensure privacy for both you and my clients. This does not restrict your access to any other part of the house, including the kitchen, bathroom, or exits, which remain fully available at all times. My private bedroom is also restricted.

Allergies: While the resident bunny stays in the carpeted living room, please be aware of his presence if you have severe hay or pet allergies. There is an air purifier available for your room.
Gym Safety: Guests are welcome to use the home gym equipment at their own risk; please ensure you are familiar with the equipment before use.
Clear Walkways: To keep the "Little Prince" (the bunny) safe and the house tidy, I appreciate guests keeping communal floor areas clear of cables or small items.
