What does this mean?

Special advertised rate is for theatre professionals only and price is for use of whole flat per week.
Spacious bright Victorian flat on 2nd floor of traditional tenement.
Double bedroom, twin bedroom, plus double bed settee in living room. Share but with your own space.
Separate kitchen/dining room provides space so you don't have to eat in the living room or bedrooms.
Our goal is to create a 'home from home' which guests say we have achieved. We add personal touches and make the flat as cosy as possible.
Frequently returning guests as this flat has been available for Theatre professionals for around 15 years.
It is essential to enquire and book early to avoid disappointment.

Guest Parking

Rossie Place now has restricted parking measures Monday-Friday from 8.30am-5.30pm and parking is strictly for permit holders only during this period. There is however free parking a few streets away within a 5 minute walk.

The Area and Transport

Located in the Abbeyhill area at the top end of Easter Road.
A 15 minute walk to the Playhouse and a 30 minute walk to the Festival Theatre. There are buses that go directly to both just up on London Road which is also on major bus routes towards the centre and beyond.
Supermarket 2 minutes away from flat and larger Lidl 6 minute walk down Easter Road.
Bars and restaurants in the area.
Please note from 24th July 2026 there will be an Edinburgh Visitors Levy applied which is 5% of the first 5 nights stay. This will be calculated after a confirmed booking and chargeable to guests after check in, along with the remainder of balance due to host.
