The bedroom has a bunk bed sofa and access to a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. The living area is large and airy and has a microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
There’s a breakfast bar and the living area has a sofa, armchair and TV. The Royal Exchange is 10 mins walk, the Palace and Opera House theatres are 30 mins walk. The nearest tram is Shudehill - less than 10 mins walk.
The Tobacco Factory building itself has coded doors and a large atrium and maintains many of its original features like wooden floors and metal walkways.
I work as a Producer and have been a musician. I am out at work from 9am - 6pm during week days and often out in the evenings too. My values include sustainable living so you'll see shampoo bars in the bathroom and my bike in the hall. I am clean and tidy and ask that guests respect the space by cleaning up after themselves. I enjoy meeting other creative professionals and offering them a safe, friendly home in Manchester.
