Living with Host

What does this mean?

Attic room with a 5 foot bed, blackout blinds and curtains in an 18th century terraced house with my shop on the ground floor. Usually sole use of the adjoining bathroom; TV + radio, wi-fi, tea, coffee and kettle provided, and full use of family kitchen.
Approximately 15-20 minute walk from the theatre on a well-lit route. No steep hills!
I live on the premises, occasionally with family or friends staying too.

The Area and Transport

The house is in a mixed residential and shopping area. There are bus-stops for going in or out of the centre a couple of minutes away, but the city centre - and the theatre - is only about a quarter of an hour's walk anyway. There's a Morrisons, various takeaways and café/restaurants near by, a Waitrose on the walk into town and several Sainsburys or Tescos in the centre.
It takes between a quarter and half an hour to walk from the train or coach station; buses and taxis are easy to find there.
The Roman Baths, the Georgian Pump Room, Bath Abbey and the modern-day Spa are all in the centre of the city, and the iconic streets such as the Royal Crescent and The Circus are just a few minutes stroll away.

Lovely stay with Michael last minute, very helpful with helping find the property.

It’s about 15/20 minutes walk to theatre royal with some nice parks near by to enjoy the sunshine

The house is very quirky and filled with antiques, the room is bright and has a lovely window view and the bathroom is lovely too. Decent water pressure is always nice
