This is a large bed sit-type attic room with a double bed which is fully equipped for cooking simple meals ie microwave, small cooker, toaster and a sink.
There is a toilet adjoining. There is a second double bedroom with a microwave which is also available.
The toilet is shared. The only issue that stops it from being self-contained is the lack of a shower which is shared with me.
Guests are welcome to use my kitchen downstairs if they wish and to make use of the garden.
The house is terraced at the top of a hill, hence the views. It is a short walk from Sharrow Vale which is littered with artisan shops and nice places to eat and drink.
It’s a half-hour walk into the city.
There is also a very regular bus service. The house is close to the Botanical Gardens and Endcliffe Park where it is possible to walk straight out into the country.
