What does this mean?

The room is large double room with blackout curtains. You have free use of the kitchen, washing machine, tumble drier, etc if you need it. I'd like you to think of it as home whilst you're here.

The house is my home so it's well cared for, clean, and loved. It's a 1914 Edwardian terrace in a leafy area of the city.

It's an extremly safe, residental but bohemian, area with extremly easy access to town.

Guest Parking

There is a parking space directly outside the house you are welcome to use free of charge.

The Area and Transport

The house is at the top of the famous Penny Lane which is in the south of the city. It's removed from the city centre but accessible enough to get to quickly until the early hours of the morning if you don't want to be in the thick of it.

In the area we have 4 parks within walking distance (Sefton, Greenbank, Calderstones and The Mystery) along with cafe, resteraunters and bars. Lark Lane is a 10 minute cycle or drive or 30 minute walk.

A 15 minute cycle to the Everyman/ Unity/ Lipa and 20-25 to Empire/ Royal Court/ Playhouse. There is also a bus that comes every 5 minutes that is 30 minutes to Everyman/Unity/ Lipa and 45 to the others. You can drive in 10-15 minute to either and I can tell you free parking spaces that are walkabe to the theatres. Walking is about an hour to Hope St theatres and 1.20/30 to the central ones. It's also a 15-20 minute drive to Shakespeare North.

You're also in the heart of Beatles history so there's that to enjoy as well.
