About these Digs

Living with Host

Modern flat (built in the last 10 years), on the 5th floor of the Whitworth building on Potato Wharf, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have your own bathroom as I only use the en suite. The guest bedroom has a double bed with a good sized wardrobe and a bedside table. The bathroom has a shower over the bath with a shower screen. The kitchen/living room is all one room with a breakfast bar on one side of the kitchen, a corner sofa and TV in the middle of the room, and a dining table at the far end of the room by the windows which look out over the opposite building, with views over the canal/railway bridge to the right. Windows are fairly thick so keep out most noise. You can use the kitchen any time! It’s fully equipped. The washing machine/dryer is in the cupboard off from the hall and you are welcome to use this too. There’s space there to hang clothes on the airing rack.

Just let me know what time you’ll be arriving and I’ll make sure I’m around to give you the keys.

Guest Parking

No parking available in the apartment building - however, if you need parking there are paying spaces in nearby carparks, [REMOVED] on New Elm Road or on Water Street (both 2 minute walk) - these car parks aren't locked at night so leaving cars there overnight is at owner's risk.

Fantastic digs only a 5/10 minute walk to the Opera House and to Deansgate tram stop which was very helpful. Flat and building as a whole was all lift accessible which was a huge bonus with heavy suitcases! Ben was an awesome host, would definitely recommend

Ben’s apartment is great. Everything is really clean and the bed very comfortable. Both he and Matt were really friendly and welcoming. The Palace is about 15 mins walk. The Opera House is only 5-6 mins.

Ben is an excellent, friendly and helpful host, the flat is clean and tidy, and the bedroom comes with sole use of the main bathroom off the hallway. It's in a very central location, a 15-20 minute walk from the Royal Exchange. Highly recommended.
