Living with Host

Your room is a large size. It's light and airy. A peaceful relaxing place to rest your bones!
You have your own shower room. Although guests to the flat may use the toilet facilities
I have a massive living room, all high ceilings so the flat feels really spacious
Just me, your host, living in the flat. Happy to share a meal, a glass of wine, a stroll or a bike ride but I'm also enough of lover of long soaks to leave you to enjoy your peace whilst I enjoy mine.

Guest Parking

No private parking spaces. But free parking on the road outside the flat

The Area and Transport

Check in times vary. Weekdays after 5:30pm. On weekends it can be any times on Sundays after 10am. Please just communicate what works for you by the day before.
The flat itself is less than 5 mins walk to Congress theatre. 15 mins to town and the station. Less than 5 mins to the beach and Western lawns. The Congress theatre is just around the next corner!

This space is shared with 1 Host.

Your bedroom doesn't have a lock. You have a shower room next to your bedroom. Guest may use the toilet but they will be encouraged to go through to my en-suite especially when you are in the flat.

We share the kitchen. You can use the staples in the cupboards but you will have cupboard and fridge space for your own use. I have cutlery and crockery aplenty

I have towels and bedding. Chairs, airbeds and travel mugs to take to the beach.

Excluded Facilities

My bedroom and en-suite is not available to guests.
I sometimes have friends round for food and would want the living room to myself then. you may want people round too. Just let me know so you can have the living room to yourself.

I had a lovely stay. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Wifi is good, shower is good, the apartment is light and comfortable. First floor with no lift (just FYI). Such an easy walk to the theatre (5-ish minutes) as well as to the sea front (3-ish minutes). I would definitely stay again

Had a lovely stay at Bec's place. Beautiful room and private bathroom, and literally a 3 min walk to the Congress theatre and right by the beach front. She was so accommodating and helpful!

Rebecca's 'Beach Hut' was just perfect. Literally a 5 minute walk to the theatres and free parking. Rebecca is a warm and generous host. The proportions of the size of her home have to be seen. HUGE! The room itself is large and the bed comfortable with a bathroom next door.. Lovely comfortable week and highly recommend. Thank you

I had a lovely and very easy stay here! I didn’t see much of Rebecca as we were in tech that week trying to get our show open and working very different hours but her flat was a safe haven from the theatre. A very quick walk to stage door and free parking outside on the road. Rebecca gave me all the information I could possibly need and was very welcoming by showing me how everything in the flat worked. Very comfy bed and sofa in the room and having my own bathroom was a plus. Would stay again!

Excellent digs!
Rebecca is new to theatre digs but her place is perfect! It's literally minutes from the Congress and Devonshire Park, it's a really good size and the bathroom is fab. The whole place is very comfortable and Rebecca is a brilliant host, super friendly. I highly recommend these digs!

A fab stay with Rebecca in Eastbourne. I was her first booking from here, and you’d never have known.
The room has everything you need, is clean (and the bed is really comfy), and such a quick walk to the theatre. Will definitely stay again! Thanks Rebecca!
