There are several reliable options within a short distance. You can easily check their current daily for "early bird" or long-stay discounts online:
• Q-Park Talbot Street: Highly recommended for its proximity and security.
• Crowne Plaza Car Park: Located just off Talbot Street.
• NCP Car Park: Situated on Maid Marian Way.
The Forest Recreation Ground Park & Ride is a cost-effective alternative.
• It is a 10–15 minute walk to the apartment, or a very short tram/bus ride if you're carrying heavy kit bags.
• To use this facility, you must purchase a valid tram ticket even if you intend to walk. Enforcement is strict, and vehicles without a corresponding ticket risk being clamped or fined.
There is on-street parking available in the immediate area. However, please observe all signage and parking restrictions.

All bedrooms have a lockable door. You will receive your own set of keys so that you can go and come at your leisure. You'll adore the comfortable double bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped shared kitchen, spacious bath/shower room, double fridge/freezer, electric cooker, washer available at £3/use, iron + ironing board.
You can store your luggage in my ground floor office if you arrive early. We look forward to welcoming you.

The apartment was good value for money but I struggled to reach a lot of things , the WiFi was poor and with no air conditioning I had to leave the windows open to a very noisy street. The location had great access to town with shops near by. The maintenance guy was wonderfully friendly and helpful

Generally this was ok for a one night stop over, but it felt like a bit like a student house and not something prepared for professionals.
One room didn't have clean sheets or towels and the communal areas in a bit of [REMOVED] dirty pots and pans and sticky surfaces.
Overall the vibe was not as we had hoped, but it did us ok for one night.

10 stars all around! The room was super spacious, clean, and in a perfect location close to the theatre, with lots of restaurants nearby and a Tesco just around the corner. Ms. June was amazing with communication and made check-in so easy through Theatre Digs. Late check-out was such a bonus! Shared areas like the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned daily, and everything felt well looked after. It can get a little noisy at times outside, but overall I had a great experience. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here before it is looking a little run down in places, especially in the bathroom nothing a lick of paint cant solve, however cleaners in everyday for communal arias which is reassuring and for the price can't complain, will stay again in the future.

The room and kitchen bathroom were clean. Unfortunately the property was freezing In winter with all the windows open in the common areas and radiators in hallways turned off . Decor was basic .

Very conveniently located for Nottingham Playhouse (a 10 minute walk), and great communication from June. The shared areas (kitchen, shower room and toilet) were cleaned every day. Some of the furniture and appliances were a little tired: (I didn't use the electric cooker as it was very rusty and the toilet seat was a little loose), but the complimentary tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and water were a lovely touch.

A little more run down than my last visit but really good price and location for the theatre. If you’re looking for self contained on a budget then it’s great but beware you could be sharing with people not in the theatre industry and that can sometimes be a little unsettling! I would personally stay again to not have a host :)

The accommodation was ok although gave off student house vibes. I was asked to pay 3 days before my arrival which is against the ethos of theatre digs. I could see why on my arrival. Kitchen was almost unusable due to the lack of space and the unmaintained stove. I was given an a last minute extension to my stay which was great but I was told it was a diff rm so a packed all of my things and took them to the theatre with me only to be told at lunch time that day I was in the same room. Not great

Junes place was very close to the theatre up the hill. It wasn’t in the best area and was a little run down but for the price and just for a few days it was fine. There was a cleaner than came every day to clean the common spaces which was great.

I enjoyed my stay at June's place, it was ideal for my needs. Spacious room, comfy bed plus a kitchen to store/prepare food. The kitchen and bathroom areas are cleaned daily. I didn't bump into any other guests whilst I was there.
Well located - less than a 10 minute walk to the Playhouse, and surrounded by lots of places to eat and a couple of supermarkets.
June was friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our communication. Self check in was easy. I'd be more than happy to stay again!

Exactly what it advertises and really nice if you want something that is essentially self contained without paying for a full on self contained space. The place was cleaned every day and I never even bumped into anyone else staying there even though I heard them moving around sometimes. Kitchen was fine and had everything you would need to cook for yourself on tour. Easy walk to the theatre as well. Would recommend.

The accommodation was well situated, good value and the room itself was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my stay as the people in the room next to mine were playing loud music, shouting, banging on the walls and also from smell, smoking weed from about 10:30pm till about 4:30/5am in the morning. I stayed on a Saturday night after a concert and had early travel plans the next morning so please consider this if you plan to stay on a Friday or Saturday night.

My room was spotless, bright and comfy. The kitchen facilities were top notch! Fantastic location and all communication was super efficient, thank you. A little warning if you're a light sleeper, though- the walls are very thin between the rooms and the doors are quite loud. Friday and Saturday night were a slight challenge with other guests coming home at 4am!

Convenient walk to the theatre. Unfortunately, toilet on 2nd floor was broken for the whole of my stay bar the last day, meaning everyone there had to share 1 toilet on the 1st floor. There is a cleaner who comes in everyday and is there for a very long time, which makes using the kitchen quite awkward as his cleaning supplies are scattered everywhere. He also opens all the windows making the whole floor freezing. My room itself was spacious and comfortable, just a let down on the communal areas

Location was great! Nice and close to the centre of town and the theatre. I stayed on the 2nd floor. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Communal spaces were all cleaned daily which was nice. It's worth noting that there's a £3 fee for each use of the washing machine. Overall a great place. I'd definitely stay again.

A great place to stay (it is cleaned daily) but just be aware that it is on a very loud main road and the area is not the best. The mattress was quite old and generally the decor wasn't the best quality but it was definitely livable for the week.
I did find it unsettling to begin with that I had to pay before arrival (not usually the case for TDB) but all was fine in the end.

Great place very close to center of town, would definitely recommend for a private, hotel-like experience with large clean room, clean bathroom and a kitchen with decent equipment and supplies. One negative is the shower was cramped and ran out of hot water quickly. Communication from the host was terrific and the price is unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with the digs, I stayed for 3 weeks. The room was clean and the bathroom and kitchen facilities where also great. June communicated about the weekly cleaning of each room and even sent a reminder the day before, I would 100% stay here again.

June is a fantastic host. very communicative and friendly, however the room I booked wasn't actually available, so I was moved into a room on the first floor, which I did not enjoy. I was woken up every day by doors slamming and a constant beeping.

I'd recommend this room as somewhere to sleep for a short stay. You can't eat in the kitchen but there's a desk in the room (heavy fire doors though); communal areas were cleaned daily. Communication from June was excellent and thorough, thank you!

I was requested (after paying the deposit!) to pay the total via bank transfer up front and the bed was very uneven and uncomfortable. The doors are fire doors so bang and can wake you up. However, it is clean & convenient & I flagged the bed issue.

Excellent value - an HMO within 12 mins walk of theatre. Double bedroom with wardrobe etc., work table, tea/coffee, TV. Shared bathroom and kitchen (with labelled cupboards). Budget but perfectly functional. Shower and TV reception could be better.

June was a great host, although I didn’t ever meet her! Room was exactly as shown, access instructions were clear and way to follow. Easy walk from TRCH. Cleaner didn’t even acknowledge me when I said hello though which was quite odd!

This is not self contained, this a private room in an 8 bedroomed shared maisonette. Not as advertised, the bathroom was damp and freezing! Would never stay again!

I was sceptical with the paying 3 days before but my room was just as described and June did communicate for check in and any questions despite never meeting her in person.
Bathroom was good size and it was a good shower too.

Location & communication was great & I was allowed to store luggage after check out. The shared bathroom was freezing & there was mould on the empty shampoo/shower gel dispensers on the wall. The kitchen wasn't very clean so I did not want to use it.

I would avoid this accommodation - I had a horrendous time here. They charge extra for the washing machine, which then ripped up my clothes. The man who greeted me was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Please just avoid!!!

Very comfortable and clean, handy for the theatre. Worth noting that the kitchen is potentially shared with the rest of the building. I didn’t find this clear in the description but June was responsive to all questions and feedback!

Clean, large room. Washing costs £3 and air drying is not allowed - you must take it to a laundrette to dry, which rather defeats the object. Listing says 4 rooms, but it is 8 over 2 floors. Other guests rather loud with parties.

I wouldn't of called it a 'Home from Home', the only heating in a large double bedroom, was a small electric heater. The Kitchen Facilities are in need of urgent deep cleaning, Black mould across the bathroom and no heating, wouldn't stay again.

Thanks for your feedback Danny. However,some theatre workers stay at our digs for two weeks or more because we are ideally located, and provide a wide range of facilities that fulfil their needs.

We had a great stay here. Rooms were neat and tidy, and it’s in a perfect location, with easy access to the theatre. It had a student accommodation vibe, but we were happy with that for our short stay. June replied to any queries we had immediately.

I had one of the worst experiences of communication I have come across in 4 years of digs. I arrived ontime, no sign of June. I called every 5 minutes, text message, voicemails to no response for an hour. Also no reply on a question for check out.

Great stay here with a short easy walk to city centre. June was very helpful and accommodating.The only other person I bumped into during my stay was the woman who cleaned who was very friendly and did a great job. Would stay again.

Good location for the theatre - just a 10/15 minute walk in each day. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, very much like student dorms.

June was a fantastic host. We had a few issues: not being able to lock the front door to the flat. Some of our items went missing. The flat did feel very student accommodation but the rooms were big and had TVs. 10 mins if that to the theatre.

Ideal location and a great host, excellent communication.
My only complaint is that the digs are very basic and not very homely. I wouldn't have a problem with this if the digs were a good proportion cheaper, but felt that they were very overpriced.

Very clean but our room had a food smell a bit. Great not being worried about creeping around someone's house at 1am when I get back - probably why you pay extra compared to live-in landlord digs. June was very friendly, kind and helpful. Great stay

June had great communication in the lead up and throughout. So close to the Theatre Royal. It was however, very cold and very student accommodation. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't lock the door into the whole flat but only individual doors.

June was very welcoming and professional and its in a good location, 10 mins to the theatre. The flat felt a bit like student accomodation but was adequately warm with decent sized rooms. Could maybe be a little more decorated for a more homely feel?
