· Please be considerate with the amount of alcohol consumed on the premises.

· Please do not park on Cowslip Close even for a short period of time, as this disturbs the neighbours. There is plenty of on-street parking on Meadow Road.

· Please do not park on the pavement (sidewalk) even for a short period of time.

· No smoking on the premises (there is a smoking area on the back patio).

· Please recycle your rubbish using the bins provided.
