A perfect stay with a beautiful garden and view of the river. Barrie is a wonderful host, with an essential sense of humour and understands theatre folk. Cannot think of anywhere better to stay when The Hall for Cornwall opens again. Will be back!

Barry and Sandra are lovely, friendly hosts who made me feel very welcome. A lovely location overlooking the river. Handy own toilet and shower. Only minor concern was that the dogs are not mentioned - a problem for allergies/phobia of dogs?

Very friendly hosts and a lovely house. The digs are about 3 miles from the town and no buses in the evenings so best for people with car or the host will come and pick up from the theatre for a small fee.

Had a nice comfortable stay. Handy that Waitrose is just down the road and Sandra and Barrie made sure there was room in the fridge for me. Had my car with me, so great that there was room on the drive.

Lovely stay in a spacious lovely double room. Very nice and peaceful surroundings, a nice refreshing walk to Truro but there is also a bus etc. Enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you!!!

Nice twin room and the sky tv and blackout blinds are a bonus. A little way out of town and the hosts do not recommend that it's walkable to the theatre but only a 10 minute drive or the bus stop is about 5 minutes away.

I stayed in the Double Room which was lovely... really comfortable bed!! The digs are outside of Truro so a car is useful however there is a bus stop just outside and the digs are very close to a brand new Waitrose...

A perfect stay. Sandra and Barry were so kind and helpful with tips on what to see and do. Lovely, clean room. Not in the centre so it does help to have a car but the walk to work is beautiful and Barry kindly drove me places. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time here with Sandra and Barry, the rooms were lovely, kitchen was great and easily accessible (they even cleared out, some space in the fridge for the 2 of us staying) great wifi, and a 7min drive to the centre. Highly recommend.

Lovely, kind, friendly couple who made us very welcome.

Very comfy beds. Bus available just down the road bus every 20 mins ish.

Last bus at night just around the corner from theatre at the bus station about 11pm.

Taxis are a bit pricey at night £15. Day price £9.50 bus fare £2 one way.

Very nice, lovely people.

Good value especially if you get the bus after the show (cabs can be expensive but not as much as i was quoted) good too if you have a car with you and it's a pretty location. No wi-fi
If you're a budding chef not sure about kitchen use as I instinctively ate out for that week.
