What does this mean?

I live in a townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac sac the centre of Norwich.
I live by the Wensum River 12 minutes walk from the Theatre Royal and Playhouse.
The room to let us is next to the bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen diner is on the first floor.
There is a lounge with TV and small balcony overlooking the river.
There is the possibility of a parking space in front
of the house.

Anne’s digs were ideal during my visit to the Theatre Royal. A short walk into town, and located in a lovely, peaceful area just by the canal. Herself and her son Hal were very hospitable and welcoming and made my stay very easy.
Incredible value for money and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Norwich. Thank you both!

Lovely digs in Norwich next to the river. A very comfortable room in an easygoing house just 10 minutes walk to the Theatre Royal through a great area full of independent shops, cafes and juices bars. Free parking and a great price too! Highly recommended!

Lovely digs with a lovely host! Fantastic location with many shops and a gym on the doorstep. Short walk into the theatre, just over 10 mins. Anne is very welcoming. A pleasure to stay and will be back again for sure!

I absolutely loved staying with Anne she was very welcoming which makes a huge difference when you’re working away from home..she has a beautiful house which is just a 9min walk to the Theatre Royal

I had a fantastic time staying at Anne's. Her and her son were very welcoming and friendly, the room is cosy and the shower fantastic. Peaceful location within the centre. Highly recommend. Thanks for an awesome stay. :)
