Relaxed large 4/5 double bedroom rambling victorian house in manchester (Timperley)

Large relaxed 4 double bedroom Victorian house, with additional 5th bedroom if needed in the self-contained studio in the garden (please ask about this).

We are Kathryn and Fred, semi-retired and our house is minutes from the metro station, close to public transport.

20 minutes from Manchester city centre. We have been letting our self contained studio in the garden for many years and have met wonderful folk.

We are now flexible in where we live so would like to make the whole house available to rent as our 4 kids have flown the nest- our youngest has just left to go to drama school.

We have off-road parking and well set back from the road with front and back gardens. You can have use of the complete house, bedding and towels provided- home from home.

We have 3 friendly cats. Comfy informal house. The house is well lived in but comfortable and has everything you need. We are well travelled. love the arts and theatre.
