Living with Host
Easy going arty house with the host working in her art studio in the semi basement. Access to garden to have a coffee, tea or glass of wine. Access to MUBI with all the great films. Friendly neighbours.
Guest Parking
There is free parking on the road but there is limited space so it's pot luck.
The Area and Transport
The house is 2 mins from the Granville Theatre and 8 mins from the Royal Victoria Wetherspoons on the beach. 30min walk to Broadstairs through King George V1 Park or along the beach when the tide is out.

Shared and Excluded Facilities
This space is shared with 2 Hosts.
Myself and my partner live in the house but we travel back and forth from London so often it's only one of us in the house. There is a spare bathroom just for guests which is off the kitchen (Victorian extension). The kitchen and front room areas are shared. The garden is free for guest use.
Excluded Facilities
The ensuite bathroom which is in our bedroom is not for guest use. The art studio in the semi basement is not for guest use.
