Quirky 2 bedroom house - (Arrive Monday / Depart Saturday) (Cardiff)

Here we have my terraced house, ten minute walk from Cardiff central train station.... 20 minute walk to Cardiff New Theatre, 5 minute drive to WMC.

Available to let from Monday morning - departing Saturday. (anytime to suit you)

So, firstly, you have sole occupancy of the whole house but I only let one double bedroom with a Kingsize bed - so this house is ideal for a single person or a couple.

However, being an actor myself, I understand the need to keep touring costs down, so I offer the option of also renting the attic space* as an extra bedroom. (This needs to be pre -booked and there is an extra surcharge of £50.)
(To get into the attic room, the staircase is in the double bedroom, so, if that puts you off, then stop reading now. It's ideal for friends and I would definitely stay here if I was touring.)
The attic has a Hemnes Ikea sofa bed and flat-screen tv.

The house has a large living room with two log burners. A kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A lounge area with large L-shaped sofa and a dining area.
Double doors opening out on to a garden with night lights and a table with chairs.
Upstairs bathroom with new shower and separate bath.
