Comfortable and quiet, self contained Studio with own outside entrance and private driveway parking (small fee) if required. Sleeps 2 persons in one double bed. Studio has it's own washer and dryer, gas central heating, kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area. Friendly, helpful host nextdoor. Lockbox for late check ins.

Parking restrictions everywhere in Truro, expensive carparks. Host offers safe offroad driveway parking for £5 per nights stay, payable in cash on check in.

Theatre is approx 8 mins walk away located in centre of Truro where an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops can be found. Nearest gastro pub 5 mins walk. Bus stop 3 mins walk, bus station 10 mins walk away from property and train station 20 mins walk. Taxi's are available at station.

Jan's place is lovely! Very cozy, super comfy bed, I didn't walk to the theatre, but it's only a short walk down the hill there. Car parking was also very helpful for me, and overall very nice stay in Truro! Thank you Jan!!
