The house is located quiet close to Lordswood which has excellent connections to Chatham, Canterbury and London.

There is free street parking outside or a space for a car in the shared car park behind the house.

The accommodation is a spacious room with a bed, wardrobe, set of shelves and a bedside cabinet. The room overlooks the garden.
Downstairs there is a large lounge and kitchen which you are welcome to use. This leads out to the garden which is a pleasant space to relax ( in the summer!).
