I had a lovely week at Nick's. A comfy bed, a kitchen with a fridge and microwave and a bathroom ensuite. The bedroom has French doors which open onto Nick's beautiful garden. It is very peaceful. Nick is a friendly and helpful host who is there if you need him, but mostly leaves you your space and privacy. Would definitely return.

Nick was a wonderful host. Really helpful and even picked me up from the station which was lovely. Really good communication and solved any issues I may have had. Gorgeous garden to look out onto and plenty of space in the digs themselves. Thanks for your hospitality Nick! 😊

Clean, tidy and spacious digs in the heart of Norwich, a short 20 ish minute walk from the theatre royal, very close to all of the local shops you could possibly need, the digs had everything you could possibly want from a self contained accommodation. If I find myself in Norwich again, Nick will the first place I try and book in. Thanks Nick for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A brilliant stay. A wonderful private space to be during my time in Norwich. Easy access and a nice walk to the theatre in central town. Lovely, spacious and light room and great amenities. Nick was friendly and very good at communicating with me. Made me feel very comfortable!

Managed to check in with key in safe. Although I never actually met Nick he was kind and helpful in his messages and communication was very clear. The annexe was clean and an ideal base for me. Thanks again Nick for having me.

Perfect start to my tour. Nick was incredibly friendly and showed me how everything worked and then it felt like home. Lovely and warm, own bathroom and kitchen and 20 min well lit walk to the theatre. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a great spot! Easy 20/25 min walk to Norwich Playhouse. In a lovely, quiet area. Got everything you need in a separate extension to the main house, own kitchenette, private bathroom and a good size bedroom. Nick is also lovely!

Nick was the kindest host. He went out his way to check all was good and communication was great. You have a lovely space to yourself, which you can really feel at home in. The shower was a little weak, but the digs were to a very high standard

Had a lovely stay in sunny Norwich. The annexe was private and quiet, with great use of the garden too. Nick was lovely and great with communication. Would DEFINITELY stay again.

Absolutely superb - bright and comfortable, virtually self-contained with separate entrance, only thing shared is the kitchen so you can come and go as you please. Nick is a lovely guy who just let you get on with it, but there if you need him.

Had a fabulous stay. Nick is fantastic, happy to help if you need but also respectful of you and your own space. Pleasant walk to and from theatre. Residential area so nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again, no question!!

HEAVENLY! I didn't want to leave. So peaceful, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great shower. I only met Nick once but he seemed like a sweetheart and his communication through text was great. You can walk to the theatre in about 20 minutes.

Can't recommend these digs enough! Nice easy walk to the theatre. Very clean and tidy and everything you could want with own ensuite and mini kitchenette. Nick is also a great host and very caring of your needs. Best digs in Norwich!

Nick had bought butter, coffee, tea, marmalade and a bowl of fruit . Basically the extension is a self contained flat. Walk
In shower. Nick walked me to the theatre on day 1 to show the way. TV, DVDs. Best digs ever.
