Quiet room overlooking garden (Birmingham)

The room is a quiet spot overlooking the back garden in a quiet part of town, slightly out of the city centre. It has a double wall bed that converts into a sofa (no need to remove bedding) if you just want to chill and have some space in the day. It's new and very comfortable in both modes. There's two tall wardrobes and plenty of storage space (and you can stick your suitcase in the conservatory if it's getting in the way).

You'll have your own keys and can come and go as you please. There's no lock on the door but I won't go in your room for the duration of your stay unless you need me to sort something.

You'll share a bathroom (only a shower though, no bath) with me, plus you're free to use the living room, kitchen, conservatory (which will start becoming habitable again from mid March onwards) and garden.

There are easy bus (23, X21, X22), train and bike links into the city centre. The 23 stops near the Rep and X21 and X22 stop near the Hippodrome. The bus journey takes 20-30 mins depending on route and time of day. You could also get the train to New Street from University station (5 mins). In an emergency an Uber will get you into town in 15 mins outside of rush hour. The last X21 back from town leaves around 11.40pm.

This isn't a great spot if you want to bring your car as there's only limited on street parking.

There's loads of storage space in the kitchen, fridge and freezer.

I'm doing various superficial bits of DIY around the place (painting, shelves etc) but would never do anything noisy while you're in.
