What does this mean?

Two spacious bedrooms in a large elegant period apartment. Shared bathroom but separate from the family bathroom. Use of the sitting room, kitchen, garden. WiFi and all mod-cons. Towels and linen all provided. Close to the theatres in safe residential area. Experienced hosts have accommodated theatre guests for 15 years.

The Area and Transport

A very pleasant residential area west of the town centre, but only about 12 minutes walk away.
The Congress and Devonshire Park theatres are 6 mins / 7 mins walk away respectively. The beach is about 8 minutes walk.

One of the best stays! Graeme and Clarice were very welcoming and helpful, and the place was neat and comfortable. The lovely garden is a bonus on a sunny day.

I’m telling everyone right now, this is THE best place to stay. Gorgeous character property, graceful and welcoming hosts. Very comfy room, I chose the smaller which still felt big. Great system to ensure security of the place too. 7 minute lovely straight walk to the theatres. Anytime I’m touring in Eastbourne, I am returning there. Triple thumbs up.
