Football fans! I can help you get LFC tickets!
Relax in a comfortable home, close enough to the city centre but away from the hustle & bustle. A great choice for those to be near to Sefton Park or attending functions there.
IMPORTANT - there is a UK King size bed (sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and a UK size double bed (sleeps 2) in the second bedroom, (plus one folding camping bed)
It's an old terrace house, a good choice for those wanting a comfy but less expensive option than city centre listings, but consider looking for more premium listings if you require a very modern or luxury property.

Guests will be treated with care respect and I expect the same in return. All I ask is that you treat my home as if it was your own and that you clean it well and leave it as you found it, ready for the next guests :)

Please make sure you have left my house by the stated check out time unless you have pre-arranged it with me first.

Please respect the neighbours and control the noise at night times. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS CAN BE HELD IN THE HOUSE.

any complaints from other neighbouring residents about noise, bad behaviour or use of illegal substances will result in immediate cancellation of the booking
