About these Digs

Living with Host

Spare room with double bed in small, clean and cosy terraced home close to the centre of Lincoln. The bedroom is at the back of the house and has blackout blinds. A ten minute walk to the theatres and close to shops and cafes.

Use of a shared bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a small garden. We have a friendly rescue dog.

Guest Parking

On street parking available (resident permits required which can be purchased). We are 15 mins walk from the train station or 5 mins in a taxi.

The Area and Transport

We are close to the centre of Lincoln, just a ten minute walk to the theatres and close to shops and cafes (including Lincoln’s best breakfast spot!). Our neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly, but also only a short walk From the attractions of Lincoln’s centre and historic quarter. We’re also close to the common and the river for walks.

Lovely, cosy room in a beautifully decorated home, perfect for a short stay. Ed, his partner (and their rescue dog) were really friendly and helpful - lots of great tips on where to go in the city. Very conveniently placed away from the busiest part of town but within very easy reach of it as well as an easy walk to the Arts Centre (where I was performing) across the river.
